We use Laundry Pure, installed by David Simon,  and we love it. Just as it's  advertised, no laundry detergent and no hot water. Our clothes are cleaner and brighter.  We are saving money by using less natural gas and by not buying  detergent. And most importantly,  it's an ecologically friendly process.

I recently met with David Simon where he presented to me the need for air purification for the new remodel of our dental office.  He explained how because of the way buildings are insulated; there is no way for fresh air to be circulated in the current air systems used.  The solution is to install an air purifier.  Dave continued to explain in great detail how dust, allergens, viruses, and bacteria just continue to recalculate in the air.  When you consider that we use hi speed instruments to remove decay, metal and resin fillings, even with high volume evacuation systems, “stuff” is getting kicked up into the air.  If someone in my office got sick, it seemed to spread through the work force over the next couple of weeks.  Dave’s presentation showed that the air created by his purifier would release ions into the air that would kill the bacteria and viruses on contact as well as “charge” the dust particles so they would attract to each other, forming bigger sized particles, that would be trapped more efficiently by our filtering system.  The bottom line:  Bacteria free, allergen free, and virus free air!

I realize I have just tried to summarize a presentation that took about an hour to present.  I ordered the RGF REME purifiers (I have three furnaces).  Installation was seamless, performed by qualified technicians.  I was amazed that I could smell the difference in the air when I first walked into the office the next morning.  The typical “dental office” smell, that people say triggers unpleasant memories of past dental visits, was gone!  My brother/partner noticed the difference as well.  I initially noticed a lot more dust on our flat surfaces, but that has now decreased as well.  I am confident that we are providing a cleaner, safer environment for our workers and patients.

During the air presentation, Dave mentioned a way to wash and disinfect clothing without hot water or detergent.  He said the technology had been around for YEARS!  Since we are required by law to wash our work clothes on site because of potential of bacterial cross contamination.  I asked him for information about the Pure Wash system.  I ordered it as well.  Again, easy installation, our lab coats are clean and the colors are more vibrant.  We are not only saving on detergent and hot water, but will probably save on our uniforms as well since the detergent chemicals that beat up fabric have been eliminated.

            Thanks Dave for sharing this new technology with me.  It has benefited our office greatly.  I plan on installing both systems in my home within the near future!

Dear David:

I just wanted you to know, that the system, POC Cell air purifier, on my furnace is amazing. The difference in the air quality in my home is very noticeable.  When I walk into a room it smells like the outdoors on a spring day. The smell is fresh and light. I noticed that I have less dust.  My furnace filters don’t need replaced as frequently. I am so impressed with the difference in the air quality inside my home. I really had no idea that it would smell so different. Therefore, I realize that it is working and doing the right job of purifying the air inside my home.  Recently, we found it necessary to have our roof replaced as a result of damage from a windstorm. After contacting our insurance company, we requested roof replacement estimates from several roofing companies.  Mr. Simon was the third bidder out of three estimates we obtained. Even before we engaged his services, David would stop by just to inquire how we were and to make some helpful suggestions about our home. We were very pleasantly surprised by David’s friendliness, knowledge and suggestions. Unlike the other bidders, David left samples of roofing material with us so we could get a general idea of what color and design would look best with our house. That was very helpful, since it enabled us to select a dimensional roof that, in color and design, complemented our house beautifully.  We were very impressed with David and his helpful suggestions and we were very happy to hire him to do the work.

 

Our initial impression of David was further borne out when, on the date we agreed to begin the work, David brought a small army of helpers to remove the old roof and replace it with the new one. When the old roof was removed, a large hole was discovered in the wood, requiring repair, yet David and his crew completed the roof replacement in only one and a half days, leaving two very happy residents living in our home!

 

Several of our neighbors replaced their roofs after we did but used other companies. We noted that these other workers took many smoke and rest breaks and longer to complete the work than David’s workers. Additionally, the other workers were loud and playful with one another, unlike David’s who swiftly and professionally accomplished their task. We sincerely believe that a company’s workers reflect the philosophy and professionalism of the owner.

 

Since the completion of the roof, a number of our neighbors have complimented us on how good our roof looks. We were only too happy to refer them to David Simon.

 

We also learned that David’s construction company does other types of work, not merely roofs.  Needless to say, home ownership presents an endless array of challenging projects that need to be done. We are very happy to say that in David we have found someone who is able to provide professional, reasonable and up-to-date solutions to this continuing array of projects facing us as homeowners. It is our pleasure to serve as a reference for David Simon.

Dave and his crew were God-sends to us. We thought we had a mold issue but were stunned to see the extent of the problem with their help.
